What are the best aspects of this product?
ShipStation was one reason why I was able to launch and succeed with my site (www.buiced.com), an e-commerce platform for my brand. It was easily integrated into my site. It lets me manage shipments across varying platforms efficiently. It functione well in keeping my marketplaces notified whenever an order gets shipped. Their customer support is beyond excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing much to hate about it. I feel they're fair enough in charging its users. It made my life a whole lot easier when dealing with shipments. I suggest they find some way in integrating with someone, but not integrating with each other.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As previously mentioned, I'm making use of ShipStation as my main UI in taking orders through my website and other channels. I've already linked my FEDEX and UPS accounts into it. Their USPS integration along with Express1 lets acquire reasonable cubic pricing.
