What are the best aspects of this product?
ShipStation software connects our site and multi-channel orders straight to our warehouse. Before, we had to through manual copying and pasting order details from several platforms into the UPS software. Nowadays, our warehouse can simply log in one place and then click a button for the order to be shipped. It's precise. What's more, it's a whole lot faster!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be nice if phone support is available. But having live chat is ok, I guess. Live chat agents are typically knowledgeable with their products although the process of getting the message is slower compared to talking things out over the phone.

We've saved big on labor costs. We greatly minimized shipping errors. Customers can now receive their tracking numbers a whole lot quicker. That means shipping times are speedy. These are what would make any customer happy.
