ShipStation enhanced my productivity and saved me a great deal of time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how ShipStation can link me to all our marketplaces and have our orders funnelled via a single system. Since we're able to accomplush our shipping and order procressing with ShipStation, we saved plenty of of time in shipping orders. I love ShipStaion can automatically post back tracking info for all orders. It saved us a lot of time!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ShipStation doesn't give you the chance to edit record details of each customer. We got orders from customers with varying addresses and the platform will see them as new customers. Furthermore, you have no option in merging accounts. If a customer happens to make a purchase in Amazon and then another one in eBay, it'll see it as two customers instead of one. Hence, it's difficult keeping track of a customer's movement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now compare shipping options across a wide range of providers. This led to a significant reduction of shipping costs. It efficiently does this by selecting optimized methods and/or provider.
