PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me make most of my work a lot easier. I don’t have to worry about missing receipts and take so much time to compile stuff. Shoeboxed can now do all of these things for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Shoeboxed comes with great features, but I am not comfortable using it because the user interface bothers me a lot. Also, there a lot of instances that the system is working too slow. I sometimes have to retake or upload the photos since the system would freeze out of nowhere. Also, the payment status should be accurate because the figures don’t reconcile on my bank account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes our workflow more efficient. Creating reports doesn’t have to be tedious anymore because everything that you need is available on the platform.
