What are the best aspects of this product?
They scan your receipts and can review them through their interface
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have a few:
I can't export each receipt separately easily.
The customer service is NON EXISTENT, I send messages and no one responds.
The interface is clunky and slow and has not been updated in years (we have been a customer for 6 years)
The scanning has gone downhill, the quality of the OCR is HORRIBLE. My scans with Quickbooks are better (and part of the subscription).
