What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps you to create a profile for each client where the tool collects data on each client and populates it on the system. As a result, you can retrieve this data from the system as soon as it is collected by the product. Siebel is an end to end solution for your data problems it helps you to manage clients based on the profile and data collected. It has a reliable search feature that equips you with the right means that you can search for a client’s information. It provides you with a wide range of search options which include by social security number, name or phone number. The calendar feature is intuitive which helps you to track customer requests and opportunities without much hustle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be slow or crash at times without warning. As a result, information may not be updated into the system which slows the workflow. It interferes with how I execute my duties when the system crashes or is too slow which is a drawback. At times I have to manually login in order to access the system and update information into the system. Luckily, there customer support team is highly responsive to our queries. Although we may be faced by workflow problems due to the slow system or crashes, we can depend on the technical team to provide us with quick solutions or how to proceed thereafter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is my daily or everyday tool as it helps to streamline my business operations. I can stay up to date with what is happening with my customers, brokers and agents. It helps me to communicate effectively with them on the same platform and get things done with ease. Apart from that, as long as I have a customer or agent’s profile in the system, I can view their information which includes the requests and all logs without much hustle. Siebel also helps us to track and monitor opportunities which are helpful for our business growth. This adds to the efficiency we get from this product.
