What are the best aspects of this product?

As a consultant you have to know how to streamline everything so that customers can view and understand things easily. Oracle Siebel has done that for my company. We are able to link this tool with our already established system and they work seamless to our advantage. It helps us to track from the time we make a call to the time we finish the job. Apart from that, it is possible to set or quote prices for the projects we undertake for our customers during the process. All these, works in unison with what we have in place. Oracle Siebel has multiple features which we use to better manage our business operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is good the tool has a mobile version where you can track all those operation while on the move. However, it is not as the web based version. It does not offer the same experience as it is slow and heavy in that version. The features and functionalities are limited which means that you will not be able to utilize some of the features. With that said, it can be difficult to navigate your way around this tool as it is also slow in this version. However, it might not be the fault of the developers of the tool as you are required to consider some factors before implanting the mobile version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps to solve daily issues that have a huge impact on the growth and development of the business. When it comes to customer service, you have to be up to date, fast and reliable at all times. With the Oracle Siebel, you can know who you have called and who you are yet to call as this information is recorded and stored within the system. Also, you will be able to track the records you already have in place for your customers. It helps you to create quote prices and events while you utilize a calendar to know what you are supposed to do at what time or day. All this keeps your business in check while you strive to satisfy the customers and keep your business operations smooth.
