What are the best aspects of this product?

We mostly use it to check or errors in our revenue statements and inflow. It is a perfect tool to quickly identify if there is an issue with the revenue inflow for our business. When we discover any issues with this, we can act fast and move on to the next one. It is highly reliable when it comes to auditing such critical materials or data it is accurate and does the job within a short period. With the Siebel CRM software, we can know how an order has been processed and if everything is in order from when it is made to when payment is completed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As we use this tool to audit different processes and activities before we make decisions, the tool does not provide a great platform to make our work easier. You have to scale through different tabs to find which criteria relate to what record. This can be strenuous on our part especially when auditing multiple records to ascertain their accuracy. It would be nice if they could include all those records under one roof or screen such that you do not have move around different tabs or scroll down in search of a record that aligns with the criteria you are auditing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to greatly minimize if not eliminate revenue leakages in our business. This was a problem and since we could not carry out the audit processes on those leakages within a short period, they went unsolved for long which affected our billing. Luckily, with Siebel we can achieve that objective s it helps us to audit revenue leakages at the backend while reconciling with the frontend applications for the purpose of efficiency. Every transaction is verified through auditing to detect issues that it may have. As a result, we have become more accurate in relation to how we bill clients and thus better visibility of the critical aspect of our business.
