What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides the staff with the necessary information they need to move ahead. It has a simple user interface for a tech savvy user to understand what they need to do to make the best use of this product. Siebel is a powerful CRM software that promises to give any type of business the needed support in terms of managing operations and data. It is rich in features that could come in handy depending on what you are looking for. Although you do not have to use all the features that come with it, you can make use of the most that it contains. All this is possible with few or minimal glitches to deal with which is good for business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite it being simple in some of the functionalities, it is complex when it comes to customization. For example when a different user is operating the tool, they have to customize according to their needs. Making such changes is an uphill task and requires that you master the technical skills involved. This means that it has a learning curve to it if you want to explore the feature in-depth. All these complications can be frustrating when you want to customize the tool. It would be better if the technical team or developers of this product made customization easy or introduced tutorials on how to go about making such changes with ease.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become a robust tool to help us solve solid problems. With our staff understanding the features of this tool, we are able to complete different business operations with ease. It simplifies the process of analyzing data and interpreting it in a manner that can be understood by anyone. Due to its rich features we are able to explore most of the functionalities it has in store for the benefit of our business. However, we are finding it difficult to understand some of the details of features of Oracle Siebel which can slow down how productive our employees are. All in all we are happy using this CRM tool for our business processes.
