What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very hard to find a product that offers seamless support in terms of electronic signing and of the right price. However, SignNow gave us a mix of quality and price. We were able to get this product at a reasonable cost and thus satisfy the needs of our clients. Apart from that, it is easy to use which makes it effortless for us to get started and also our clients. It provides reliable electronic document signing services to our clients and staff which is bliss. In the end, everyone is happy while we keep our business operations running smoothly thanks to this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to software applications, you are bound to come across a few glitches. With SignNow, it is no different when it comes to functionality. There are problems with the workflow. Although not that significant, wit would be better if the developers of the product could streamline that for smooth operations. Also, the issue of integration with third party applications is there. It would be nice if the product could integrate with software applications such as Highrise, QuickBooks, and HubSpot. This would help us to receive and share the information of our customers with ease since everything would be seamless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us to solve tons of business problems. When it comes to getting into a contract with a potential client, you have to draft the contract and send it to them so that they can sign that contract. It can take days if not weeks to draft it, print, send, have them sign it and then send it back to you. All that hustle has been made easy by SignNow. We no longer have to print contracts so that they can be sent to client. They are able to do all that online or digitally. This not only saves time but money and effort. In short, we have become paperless and more efficient on how we deal with contracts with our clients.
