PROS: It is very hard to find a product that offers seamless support in terms of electronic signing and of the right price. However, SignNow gave us a mix of quality and price. We were able to get this product at a reasonable cost and thus satisfy the needs of our clients. Apart from that, it is easy to use which makes it effortless for us to get started and also our clients. It provides reliable electronic document signing services to our clients and staff which is bliss. In the end, everyone is happy while we keep our business operations running smoothly thanks to this tool.

CONS: When it comes to software applications, you are bound to come across a few glitches. With SignNow, it is no different when it comes to functionality. There are problems with the workflow. Although not that significant, wit would be better if the developers of the product could streamline that for smooth operations. Also, the issue of integration with third party applications is there. It would be nice if the product could integrate with software applications such as Highrise, QuickBooks, and HubSpot. This would help us to receive and share the information of our customers with ease since everything would be seamless.

PROS: It is simple all the way. You can easily set up the tool depending con how you want the contract to look like. From there, you can upload the document without much hustle and have your way on the same. It provides a reliable interface where clients can find fields where they are required to sign and take action with ease. Apart from that, it helps you to track all the documents or contracts in the entire process of signing them. As the admin you will be able to edit those contracts depending on how you want then to appear to the client. This saves the time and effort which makes things easier.

CONS: It is a great tool but it has a few things that can be really annoying. Making a mistake when you type in the email or name of the client means that you have to start all over again. There is no way you can edit that account to change or correct the email or name. It would be better if things were made simple and provide a way for one to edit what they have typed wrong. Also, when you forget your account password you have to go to the site in order to reset it. It would be nice if one could reset the password on the admin site instead of the original site.

PROS: It is an all-round tool when it comes to signing documents electronically. It has simple features which make it easy to muse for anyone looking to boost the time and quality of signing contracts with clients. It offers affordable pricing depending on your needs. This is coupled with highly responsive support, which gives you a smooth transition and experience wen using this tool for your signing purposes. The layout of the tool is simple which adds to how quick you learn how to use it. It does not have a steep learning curve which is convenient on your part. Apart from that, working with the developers of the tool is bliss.

CONS: Although it makes a good tool for signing contracts, there are few developments which should be added to make it comprehensive. In order to manage users and documents in the right manner, there is a need to have an audit trail. The trail should provide evidence of who you sent the document to and at what time. This would help you to manage the documents and clients in a good manner. Also, the fact that there is no common archive for all users in the same team makes this tool unreliable in that sense. It would be better if there was such an archive where a team of users on the product can manage their documents separately.

PROS: It has everything you need to closeout on contracts. When it comes to signing a contract in order to commence on a project, there are many things involved. However, with digital signing of the contract, tings become simple. SignNow has made that possible with its user friendly interface. It is easy to set up and edit documents depending on what you want. For example, you can upload a document into the system and edit the fields that you need the client to sign with ease. It offers a drag and drop action that equips with a platform on which you can add fields with ease. It also integrates well with Zapier and Google Drive to help you upload documents straight from the Drive.

CONS: It might be too early for me to talk about the negative side of this tool when all it has done is to deliver on our end. Also, we have not had the time and space to explore other features the tool offers apart from the signature aspect. For the functionality we have tried out, it has been exceptional. We have managed to speed up how well and easy customers can sign documents. There is nothing wrong with this tool as it delivers as promised. It helps to make quick work of the electronic signatures we request to customers and thus solves the critical part of our business problem.

PROS: We looked at several products before choosing SignNow and did so mostly based on price. They had the features we were looking for and were much cheaper than DocuSign, Adobe, and other e-signature applications we looked at. The workflow/routing functionality is really beneficial, especially if you don't have another solution at your organization that can manage workflows.

CONS: The biggest cause for concern though is the reliability and support of the product. The authentication portal is unavailable several times a week and this has been going on for weeks. When this happens, existing forms can still be filled out, but no new forms can be created or modified and form owners can not check on the status of forms. SignNow has phone and email support, but I've called the support line several times and am always instructed to leave a message and it is never returned. Also, emailing their support typically does not yield a response. I've emailed in about 20 times over the past year for different things and have received a response for five of them.

PROS: It has become a life saver when it comes to dealing with contracts. The client has to sign and you have to find a way to get the contract to them. However, with SignNow, it is as easy as it gets. You only need to upload the document, edit the fields and send it to the client for signing. It is simple to sign the eDocument as you do not have scan or print it. Everything is done electronically which helps to close out contracts within a short period. Also, there is no need to edit the image of the contract as you can do that on the document itself. It offers a reliable platform where contracts can be signed without much hustle.

CONS: It does not provide a way through which you can work on a template and then save it as a separate document. This means that you will be editing the template and thus you cannot effectively use it for the next time you are creating another contract. It would be nice if the developers of the tool could make it possible for one to edit the template, but still maintain its original form, and save the edited one in a separate document. This would make things simple for the user, as you will not need to edit the template too much on the next encounter.

PROS: It provides a friendly but professional look when using it. As a freelancer, I have to wear a professional hat to my clients on the projects that I undertake for them. In most cases, they do not take me seriously as I am a freelancer. However, with SignNow, I can now show up and get the respect I deserve as a professional. It allows me to draft and edit contracts with this software the way I want depending on the nature of the project or client. When I send such a contract via SignNow to clients, they are able to trust my professionalism and treat me as such. It is easy to use which adds to the trust that the client has on me. On the same case, I am able to close out on a contract with ease and fast which means timely payment of the project once it is done.

CONS: It has everything you may need for your contract. Digital signing gives you the ultimate comfort and saves time when dealing with contracts. However, it does not integrate with the invoicing tools I have. It would be better if there was a way to link SignNow with invoicing tools, such that when a client signs a contract, you can send the invoice to that project. On top of that, I would prefer a situation where as soon the client signs a contract, an invoice is sent to them automatically. This would save the time and effort where I would be able to receive payment without manually sending the invoice.

PROS: It is simple to use and provides a friendly user interface for both the client and I. When I began using it, I tried out the free version just to get the hang of it. I have been in need of closing out contracts fast and thus I was in search of reliable signature applications in the market. My experience with SignNow was the best and I had to upgrade to the paid version. It provides a professional but easy format that allows my clients to sign with ease and send the contract within a short period to me. It is an exceptional tool when it comes to electronic signing of contracts.

CONS: There are a few bugs here and there that come with this product. Although minimal in the sense of functionality, it would still be nice if they were attended to. To start with, it is slow when saving documents in the tool. This may be annoying especially when you are saving bulk documents in your system. Also, with the update of the application at that time, the Android mobile version was not that intuitive as it had some issues. However, the iOS mobile version was seamless and works fine on that platform. It would be better if the Android mobile application of the tool was made efficient as the iOS version.
