What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple all the way. You can easily set up the tool depending con how you want the contract to look like. From there, you can upload the document without much hustle and have your way on the same. It provides a reliable interface where clients can find fields where they are required to sign and take action with ease. Apart from that, it helps you to track all the documents or contracts in the entire process of signing them. As the admin you will be able to edit those contracts depending on how you want then to appear to the client. This saves the time and effort which makes things easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a great tool but it has a few things that can be really annoying. Making a mistake when you type in the email or name of the client means that you have to start all over again. There is no way you can edit that account to change or correct the email or name. It would be better if things were made simple and provide a way for one to edit what they have typed wrong. Also, when you forget your account password you have to go to the site in order to reset it. It would be nice if one could reset the password on the admin site instead of the original site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has allowed us to have documents signed within a short period. The hustle of sending the documents through the home address or having to deliver the documents in person to the client’s place is eliminated. Previously, we had to literally chase people in order to have them signs the contract. With SignNow, that is long gone. We can send documents to their email addresses and manage the contracts with ease. It is possible to know who has not signed the document and urge them to do so without having to chase them physically. We are able to deal with people regardless of where they are to sign contracts. As a result, this has saved a lot of time, money and effort on our end.
