What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides a friendly but professional look when using it. As a freelancer, I have to wear a professional hat to my clients on the projects that I undertake for them. In most cases, they do not take me seriously as I am a freelancer. However, with SignNow, I can now show up and get the respect I deserve as a professional. It allows me to draft and edit contracts with this software the way I want depending on the nature of the project or client. When I send such a contract via SignNow to clients, they are able to trust my professionalism and treat me as such. It is easy to use which adds to the trust that the client has on me. On the same case, I am able to close out on a contract with ease and fast which means timely payment of the project once it is done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has everything you may need for your contract. Digital signing gives you the ultimate comfort and saves time when dealing with contracts. However, it does not integrate with the invoicing tools I have. It would be better if there was a way to link SignNow with invoicing tools, such that when a client signs a contract, you can send the invoice to that project. On top of that, I would prefer a situation where as soon the client signs a contract, an invoice is sent to them automatically. This would save the time and effort where I would be able to receive payment without manually sending the invoice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has come to make tings easier don my part. As a freelancer, there is the need to be efficient when dealing with contracts. Before SignNow, I use Google Docs for clients to sign contracts. Although binding, it did not have the same experience and functionality as what I get with SignNow. The latter organizes my contracts based on those which have been signed from the ones which have not been signed. As a result, I do not have to go searching on my Google Drive to access those contracts which are not signed or those which have been signed. In end, my clients and I get the best user experience with this tool which is good for business.
