What are the best aspects of this product?
Obvious interface. You don't need manuals at all. Log in - sign, send, receive, as simple as that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Don't really like their choice of fonts. Most of them look a bit childish
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Slightly more functionality on the text editor side wouldnt hurt. Sometimes text fields are not convenient.
