What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows users to choose who gets what banner/signature every time you send an email. It's an efficient way to advertise and send out targeted marketing materials. And it allows you to track the performance of each banner, too!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The process of adding and removing users whenever someone leaves or goes on-board can be simplified.
