Sigstr Review

PROS: Sigstr is great because it makes campaign promotions easier and smoother; it's intuitive; it can handle big traffic; their support team is reliable and simply awesome!

CONS: We encountered some bugs but it got resolved in no time.

PROS: The banners that we setup using Sigstr automatically sync whenever we launch a new campaign in-app. It keeps our customers and leads up to date!

CONS: They need to improve the process of setting up a new user account. It's a bit laborious.

PROS: This is a user-friendly app that allows us to communicate and promote to the recipients of our email. Our marketing team is doing well in creating content that we put in our emails!

CONS: So far, I like my experience!

PROS: It allows users to choose who gets what banner/signature every time you send an email. It's an efficient way to advertise and send out targeted marketing materials. And it allows you to track the performance of each banner, too!

CONS: The process of adding and removing users whenever someone leaves or goes on-board can be simplified.

PROS: It facilitates the simplest and most subtle way to promote services and products – through email! It's less effort, but effective in a way!

CONS: I wish it can get integrated with Drift and SalesLoft. They should also have an unlimited number of users so that everyone in the company can utilize its features.

PROS: I love the support team of Sigstr! This app is great and it's effective for keeping your communication on-brand, keeping a consistent, uniformed format for emails, communication mass announcement, increase leads.

CONS: I wish they would improve the connection with Pardot and have avatar support.

PROS: Sigstr allows us to utilize the underrated marketing channel which is emails! I love the app and their support team! The innovations are fast-paced and it helps us generate leads and increase our sales!

CONS: They can improve on the user interface to make it more optimized and simple. It also needs a Chrome plugin for the users to be able to select banners. I wish we could do it in-app.

PROS: Sigstr allows us to do the following: 1. Run more than 290 ABM email signature campaigns 2. Send messages across channels 3. Personalize our marketing collateral and other efforts

CONS: It's been a great experience so far! And I'm hoping for upgrades soon especially on the reporting components.

PROS: Sigstr helps me on the following: (1) building campaign banners; (2) adding and uploading new banners; and (3) feature services and products through these banners.

CONS: I had minor issues that are easily resolved anyway.

PROS: The best thing about Sigstr is their customer support team! The app itself is also good and easy to setup.

CONS: My experience has always been good with Sigstr.

PROS: It helps keep our branding consistent across our various platforms. It integrates well with our platforms! They also have a great account manager who really knows how to treat their clients well!

CONS: It currently doesn't have historical analytics capabilities once a user is deleted from the system. I wish they would add this soon.

PROS: The following capacities of Sigstr are awesome: 1. easy campaign setup 2. campaign insights 3. campaign targeting 4. personalized marketing. They also have a very reliable customer support team!

CONS: They could improve on the presentation of the analytics to make it more comprehensible. Also, this program is most compatible with Gmail, so if you're using other emailing platforms, it might be a little tricky.

PROS: This app is really dynamic and fits perfectly with my workflow. It keeps our customers updated about our offerings even if I don't mention it in our emails. It also allows us to assess engagement by tracking the banner clicks.

CONS: The amount of data displayed in the dashboard can be more. For example, I wish they could show us the total reach of the banner accumulated through the forwarding of my emails.
