What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps keep our branding consistent across our various platforms. It integrates well with our platforms! They also have a great account manager who really knows how to treat their clients well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It currently doesn't have historical analytics capabilities once a user is deleted from the system. I wish they would add this soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps our emails on-brand! Really helpful in our marketing campaign efforts.
