What are the best aspects of this product?
I will be honest and admit that we have unusually high thresholds for flexibility, but that is completely understandable if one takes time to go through our HR software history. Let’s say that we are a middle-size organization that likes to keep things under control (especially in terms of staff) and we were therefore eager to get a real assistant to help us hire and evaluate people. I'm proud to say that we made a fantastic choice, and we didn't expect less from such professionals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The program integrates with third-party software, but the paradox is that it doesn’t integrate with other products from the same company. Well, theoretically does, but 'communication' is not awesome. I would like to see full compatibility with Connect, but I think they should do serious reporting changes for the purpose.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We got ourselves an innovative enterprise software that made us forget manual work (we didn’t have an electronic tool for recruiting and tracking performance). I believe it is the best choice we could possible have made.
