What are the best aspects of this product?
We didn’t come across any obstacle to implement it, and we're using it to create content that can be user more than once. This is how we save finances and time on development. As an administrator, I use the program to organize trainings for new employees and to follow their progress in all of the oganizations involved. I am also aware that the program is beneficial to all users, especially students who think their personal portal is easy and friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
we faced difficulties with customizing reports, that's why we returned to AdHoc reporting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As I said, the problem of organizing trainings and franchising users. We save lots of time when creating and distributing content, and we've improved training and Elearning usage in general. Our users feel more motivated to participate in the trainings, while supervisors have no problem tracking it because they always have a scheduled report to count on.
