What are the best aspects of this product?
No wonder they have a program called RedCarpet, the company provides the most luxurious and streamlined recruiting tools I've ever seen. At the same time, the tools encompass many activities and tasks, meaning you can rely on them for a significant portion of your work. It was a friendly experience from the beginning, and the hiring managers were impressed by it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a pity that such an amazing product comes without proper technical support. It takes them a while to respond, I case they respond at all. I am also not the biggest fan of their reports' robustness, even if I can't complain on the value of the information they provide. Summing up, i would also make few of the buttons less cumbersome.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SilkRoad was a revolution for us, nobody could believe we left hiring paperwork behind! Most of the administrative tasks are now automatic, which keeps us organized and time efficient.
