What are the best aspects of this product?
Our project managers are quite satisfied with implementation support, and so are the training and support teams. Questions are being answered on time and there are no delays.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As a random user, I have restricted capacity to change forms, and I have to rely on our support team to do that for me. The process takes a lot of time, I'd really like some extra 'freedom'.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Dealing with applications in general, recruiting applicants or tracking their status. I am a recruiter, and I certainly know how important it is to make appropriate postings, to close the pending ones, or at least to know how far I've gotten within a recruitment procedure.
