What are the best aspects of this product?

I can’t say a bad word about their interface, it is really understandable and user-friendly. All compliments to the online guides as well, they are comprehensive and available for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I must say I'm disappointed by the reported capacity, it didn’t make it through the half of what I was expecting. And that's not all-I hate to see the quality of exported data being disrupted (how does it help me if I have to correct it manually again?), and I am far from satisfied with their customer support. They take ages to reply, and most of the time it is not even the answer I wanted. Another thing: don't take updates for granted. You need to ask for them yourself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As the administrator, I cope quite well with recruitment and onboarding. As for the benefits, I am satisfied to have substituted manual work and endless printing, and to generate automatic reports. Monitoring is also beyond my expectations.
