What are the best aspects of this product?
Great, easy to use tool that helped us uncover our ideal product market fit, and find new clients that we did not know were out there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing really - they were pretty responsive, and when we had bugs or the data looked to not be 100% accurate, they actually took the time to work on improving the data.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Historical reports and live reports as well - meaning if we could run reports based on companies that removed a technology x months ago - that would be awesome

Finding the right clients to reach out to. Understanding our market fit.

For sure - SimilarTech's UX is at a much higher level. Also Customer Success and accuracy of data was a clear issue with BuiltWith.
