What are the best aspects of this product?
There was not one thing in this software that fit our needs as property management
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything from the Dino running across the screen to trying to cancel subscription.
We did not sign up for this program, our boss did because after I did the tutorial, it seemed semi ok.
After 30 days when our property opened, we were able to put the software to the real test, it was a joke.
You can not back date anything. All money goes to rent, you can not do additional charges. When you collect money from damages to a unit, it goes under rent. It was purchased for 3 years paid in full, we used it for 2 months and not one penny refunded, we were willing to pay for one year of subscription but the Supervisor of Simplify said NOPE.....No refunds!!!! Great for a software that we're not using for 3 years that looks like a 4 year old created. Customer service is horrible, you have to call back 3 times just to get someone who speaks English or get someone who tells you how to put something in correctly. You have to use their Logo or you have to pay to have it removed to use your own. No breakdown of income all goes to rent. They charge $24.95 to screen people, our new software charges $14.95. Rude customer service. Your lucky if someone calls you back with 48 hours if you have a issue. Just all around bad software and employees.

None, won't ever use them again
