PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s not about talking all positive about Simply rather it’s about talking sense based on actual . If you go and opt it officially, you will see the best inputs yourself. It has become the top choice of our sales and marketing team and have transferred our client data to this system. Overall, Simply works amazing for us and we are very happy to have it in top shelf of our premium software programs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there was a more central education area for the use of Simply, to further educate it's users on effectively automating daily tasks, emails, etc. They have a central repository articles though but conducting a weekly email regarding important features would work best.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well, not sure about this as we have plenty of features to fulfill our business needs. But still, if they upgrade this system for more platform connectivity, it will be appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The major issue with us was to re-usability of records and we did that. The database can now be used for processes like re-marketing and more.
