What are the best aspects of this product?

We have a retail business where we need to keep records of our customers' data and inventory inflow. We use Simply to make a contact arrangement. This tool helps us achieve the desired outcome for the right business needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The main goal was to connect with customers for a 24*7 basis and Simply helps us stay connected with our customers accordingly. With Simply, you can communicate with your clients through email, live chat, social media or smartphone whenever and wherever you want.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

You can follow your leads, attend the sales calls and optimize your email marketing campaigns for a better throughput. Also, you can Integrate all communication data into a single dashboard and test the effectiveness of each communication method you are using.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Process management, contact and access management was successfully managed by the tool and also, it helped us manage our sales pipeline too.
