PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I work in a sales department where I need to support proactively to the clients. This tool helps a lot in scheduling and fixing the appointment, moreover in the leads capturing and closing them via premium connection methodologies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well, so far in managing the incoming requests, Simply works really superb. The best role that Simply plays in managing the business processes successfully and that too not limited in managing the clients contacts only. Simply offers superb connection in new leads and converting them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure about this aspect, however ticketing could be the feature we needed the most and we are all fine with that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned above, ticketing was the one of our major needs and we have achieved it thoroughly.
