What are the best aspects of this product?
We performed a trial for 1 month first to see how it goes as compared to other providers. We have created a sheet based on various business parameters such as speed, pricing, features, third party integrations and configuration time. After performing this, we assessed to see which worked best. Our observation revealed that Simply cleared our screening and we opted for that. Our sales & marketing team is doing a great job with Simply CRM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Mobile app and social media integration are the features which work optimally. We didn't see any discrepancies while using the tool in our team.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Simply recently introduced a few new features and they make it more productive and efficient for all purpose.

It measure and manage all operations in business PLUS it make decisions based on real-time data PLUS access to multidimensional reports and forecasts PLUS it analyze business/sales data and optimize your future approach to keep an eye on.
