What are the best aspects of this product?
The client connection became flexible and we don't have to keep their meeting records manually o.e. in a sheet or anything that increases the workload. It's all smooth and synchronized for every process whether it's sales, account, development or any which comes under business range.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are happy with all the essential functionality we needed. We are not sure about its betterment :) Hence this system is superb for our requirements and we are using it all back-end as well as sales needs.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Again, as we are utilizing its potential to our business makeover so we are all good enough with the present state of features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Simply CRM's look and feel is just amazing and attractive. You don't get bored or fed-up with design etc. It's a new feel every time one logs in. Earlier it was a bit messy but they have made superb changes and provided a cool layout.
