What are the best aspects of this product?
Extremely powerful customization options available along with Integrations with third party APIs. The price is super low, especially when it's part of Simply One I really like the updated UI and dashboard, I actually prefer it to other CRMs. If you are planning to buy or subscribe for a CRM tool, I would recommend testing Simply for at least first FREE month.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As a Simply user, It’s been already 6+ months and did not encounter any downtime so it's a very nice experience to have Simply with us.

Simply CRM is our hub for operations, sales, and marketing. We've automated huge segment of our business using it. My recommendations can't be expressed enough in this way!
