PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The wide range of features can enable any business to perform. Its contact management segment does a great job, and that's very important to work with any CRM. It's been approx one year, and now recommending this to one of our clients for multi-user membership options. In all, Simply's performance was excellent and proficient as compared to other vendors. Here you are free to design and collaborate with the team without any technical skillset, and that too is very fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We like Simply because we have resolved the issue of manual data processing and further re-engineering that data for an adequate purpose to gain the business process optimization.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Simply offers security and access management with an ease and we've had used it for almost 6 months.Their CX support is excellent, knowledge repository is very helpful in understanding the program. We didn't encounter any cons so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The APIs connection and third party app integration helped a lot in process management.
