What are the best aspects of this product?
Aspects like contact DB management, contact tracing, contact meeting scheduling, a few API integrations such as email, outlook, Google, Mailchimp, and others, which went cool. We then have shared the user's role and it works well in that too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have used this tool for a free trial so we need to explore it more to count any discrepancies etc. Pricing tag per user seems promising and affordable for MSMEs and that's an important factor as well.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
So far we are done with the features need. We are happy to have those features which are actually in need. They usually upgrade their system on a regular basis and hence we get new features by own.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Social media scheduling, CRM through Apps management, and easy configuration make it our preferred selection. We as a trial user suggest you to have a test 3-4 tools before making a final decision as it will help you to understand the differences and pros and cons as well.
