What are the best aspects of this product?

A productive tool for your organization as it permits all the needful operations without any hassle. The tool comes with multiple integrations and that's the beauty of this online CRM. The team involved in its development is genius as they have micro to macro level business understanding. Our aim was to do business with a company that can help us manage our leads and connections for making sales and interaction and we achieved the goal too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Simply has enabled our dormant biz processes through it's superb collaboration and interactive qualities. The coolest part of this tool is it can help you achieve the majority job done on dashboard itself, they have provided all the common & essential features on dashboard itself so that you can complete the tasks with a minimal click.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure about the forthcoming updates however it fulfills the present business needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main issue that we had was to arrange the client list in a way that it could be reused for further job appointment and marketing.
