What are the best aspects of this product?

The positive note about Simply is it always works in sync and auto-save mode. You need not to fear about data loss and integrity things. As a monthly subscriber of Simply, we will suggest and recommend it to the business community.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of now we don’t think it has some points to highlight and notice any cons. Simply is a tool to work in all verticals for the business point of view and its horizon is widened too.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

About its future version's feature, AI should be incorporated in contact DB to see which contact is more likely to convert for a specific campaign based on past purchase and interaction behaviors.

The best deal that we achieved is collaboration with the team and clientele. A well programmed tool, developed for the business essentials.
