PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent set-up done by the Simply vendor and they have built feature loaded CRM that can not only handle your concurrent workflow in the back-end but manages your business from the front. it's been 2+ years now using this tool. The cool thing about Simply is their cost and premium features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support staff is very helpful, responsive and they offer multiple language support features too. We believe fast support to be made available whenever it's required and we have no complaint so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure about this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall- Simply is good and tested well for all business needs. We recommend to go for it to have fully tested and analyzed.
