PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is super easy and you can do sorting of projects, invoices, contacts, leads and much more by categories or any customized way you want. It’s a great online business tool that achieves goals for your business. Your team will be happy as it has got the potential to manage entire business processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service is very fast and also, they have a very quick turnaround. They are providing support in multiple languages so, in all, there is nothing to count on negative hands.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We have tested Simply for a few businesses and used it for the generated leads. It was nice and helpful, tried with its free version and then upgraded for business. We were in the state of not spending too much on buying costly software but it was Simply that delivered more than our expectations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Earlier, it was difficult to manage the users but after incorporating this system, it became super flexible and easy so those who are looking for a cheap and full featured crm solution, Simply might be the one that can help you achieve your business goals.
