What are the best aspects of this product?
This is the only tool that we've used in filtering our client data and structuring them further for the re-purpose. We have been using Simply from the past 6 months and it's been working great in connecting, marketing, invoicing, ordering each and in every sphere. As an IT service provider, we strongly recommend this tool to all your business operations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Dashboard is superb, event management is amazing and opportunity management is to the next level. We don't see any discrepancy apart from better pricing management.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ideally there should be a back-end through which you can have options to dial your customer through integrated TP linked lines etc.

We have got customer data in place and we can have it utilized for all our social media campaigns etc.
