PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

You need not to be a programmer to customize it. It’s flexible enough to do many things well enough for a small company that does not need very specialized applications. It is intuitive enough for my users to take up without push-back

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not sure about enterprise level needs, but for small and mid scale businesses, it works just great

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A social media content sharing feed for our business specific niche that will facilitate further to share our content widely.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Simply tool from the past many months and it's working great. We've seen many updates since we've subscribed it and we see something new in every update. We hope to see the ongoing automation in the more refined way.
