PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our list of expectations is very high. We trust Simply and it assists in focusing the exact client data and thus the funnel set-up. We love this CRM because it permits us to merge our sales data through email databases and further fetches for the good results. We have integrated our Email providers and Google's APIs, and others as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As we have just started using Simply tool so we don’t have enough statistics to count on and tell the exact cons this tool has.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well, this is a tricky question and since we are not diving that deep to assess the exact matrix for their future product. We believe an end product should fulfill the customer's expectation in terms of price, features and support obviously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our marketing team has got its benefit in lead merging and re-targeting for the conversions via contact database. We are now running ads to exact audience and this was possible because of contacts in one place. Our client base is IT services aspirants and that helps us further restructuring the sales funnel.
