PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and Pipedrive! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the against. Simply lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been using Simply from the past many months and what I found is team Simply upgrades their system timely.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Other users would like a phone app, but Google contacts, events, calendar and email are solid and reliable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Simply has got the reliable 3rd party integrations. It is the hub of my workflow not because of its simplicity but because of the way it handles the contacts and scheduling of events.
