Simply CRM is not like other complicated CRMs where you have to struggle to load and act to do a specific job. They have a stunning dashboard where you can do quick tasks along with workforce management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Simply CRM is basically a single stop shop for your business needs. I use it in my office everyday, and we can customize different modules based on the growing needs and demands of our company.

We are getting enough support as a user and are happy to have future upgrades.
