it's a great little CRM that is perfect for our requirements at the small firm that I work at. We typically use it for leads and contacts management for our various clients and campaign.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The cost can be customized on a AWS model such as Pay-As-You-Go so that we only pay for what we use.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It helped us to improve our business agility, better respond to buyer journey persona and interaction for higher trust building and improving order conversion.
