Fully integrated into Google suite makes it easy to use - Flexible tool that goes beyond a conventional CRM, you can use it for numerous processes for example sales, hiring, customer support - Valuable pricing etc- Responsive micro level assistance that is to help and open to software upgrades.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Might be overwhelming for administrators. Simply CRM and flexibility works both ways. It could take some imagination to structure it to your company processes, but once you understand how it works this tool can do a lot for your business.

Simply CRM’s dashboard offers massive support in quick job creation, fast turnaround in customer query and much more.
