What are the best aspects of this product?

The most profitable thing of Simply is that we can easily customize and use in the whole business operations for many categories like sales, marketing automation, mails and websites in a managed structure. This CRM allows us to store all kinds of information about the customer services and marketing activities at anywhere in the world. Most of the users use this efficient software for enhanced our working about the sales and marketing automation in a more convenient way. This software is very much about the operations of sales and purchase of the companies and we highly recommend it to all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are not sure if it’s intuitive for us to secure all of our marketing automation.Any of their representative’s intervene is requested on that part.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Simply CRM is the most proficient software for our social media placements, sales and marketing activities. We also highly use this CRM for our business with our highly professional team members for tracking the sales and marketing automation. This tool provides great customer support to our clients, So I recommended it for people due to its high quality work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a fashion designer and freelancer pro, I was looking for the best tool that can not only manage my contacts but when needed, I can do the desired interaction and send my marketing stuffs to them too. This tool Simply achieved desired things for us and performed excellent job in managing our stuffs in that way.
