What are the best aspects of this product?

Want to manage your sales pipeline and speed up your deal closing period? Simply CRM can help you. Customer interactions tracked in the Simply give you a pin point view, and deals are displayed on the dashboard for full visibility to assess the business growth cycle. Premium level security and ongoing support through live chat, articles repository and through call are gateway to help you grow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can track the calls, emails and contact history and have a full visibility and control of your schedule so for marketing ROI, it’s one of the best resources that we have at the moment. As far as the pricing is concerned, we would rate Simply as 4 stars.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It should be easy to integrate with social media platforms and also the customer's older ticket should be flashed like on dashboard by any possible ways to keep adherence on resolving the same.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a web design and development company. We believe customer's database should be accessible through various processes for marketing, scheduling, event or project meeting work etc. Simply has fulfilled this need with a complete support and timely response.
