PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to work with Simply tool as it performs really cool. The only thing that we need to work on is for it's social media integration in our specific case. Overall, Simply worked well for other processes including business contact management and re connection for the marketing and event scheduling. Our sales pro is receiving good response and he can check the same via visual pipeline management and other tracking tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All aspects work good for us and we are very satisfied with Simply.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As a Simply user for more than 3 months, I would like to inform the audience that it works great and symmetrical all the way. It has capability to manage all your fanatical, inventory, orders, sales and more apparatus for the needs. In all- A handy tool for your healthy business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main issues we have resolved using Simply are:

(1) Lead conversion
(2) Contact database management
(3) Order& quote management
(4) Event scheduling and calendar integration
(5) Emails/campaign page management Plus more
