PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Synchronization for all, easy of doing marketing for all and it allows every member of our team to be on the same page and seamlessly take over as an access management if someone has to be out of the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are fine with the pricing option of this CRM but sometimes we think and compare it with a few in the market, they are available even below $25 per user per monthly basis but at the same time if we further compare it features wise, Simply has got our final selection because of the premium features coming along.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In the future version, we would love to receive 2 types of pricing model. Currently they have per user monthly basis while what we suggest them is to have quote based pricing model too. Meaning, if we are using this tool in our business and if we want to provide access to some part of it to our clients etc then we can. It's kind of user hierarchy just like role/access management but this time at the client end. We are not sure if technically it's feasible or not but if this works out, it will be a good move.

The main goal that our company achieved so far is client resource management and it's quite an easy way to do the same.
