They have figured it out perfectly and met each and every basic need. User and their contact management has never been such simpler and Simply solved this problem via their dynamic tool. You can create contact forms very easily and assign them to your calendar in the simplest fashion. A great information manager and processor all together. If you own a small or mid scale business, Simply can be a way handy tool for this. You can compare its features with others and you will convince with this. Simple, organised and effective tool for businesses which are looking forward to achieve business goals. We started Simply as a free and basic user, played with the features on one of our dummy contact databases. Our Podcast creators and other team members have been using this since last 6+ months. Overall, Simply is not only a CRM that can manage your contacts, but it's your sales and marketing manager as well. Once you adopt it in your business operations, you need not to look back. Simply is an online software that can make your job easy. You have a cool dashboard and on top of that you are given with the quick access to easy task creation on a glimpse of a single click. You need not to traverse here and there as things are managed in a planned and organized manner.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We are not sure about this question. We've got what we needed so we believe this CRM is nearly perfect for Micro Small Mid enterprises.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The main problem we were facing was to synchronized our contacts with email listings and we have achieved that with Simply. Now we are managing all our contacts in this CRM so all new contacts are welcomed in the email listing database and then arranged in the CRM dashboard for future connection.
