PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simply is effortless to configure & intuitive to use. It counts with a wide array of features although it doesn't get overly complicated. Its B2B library is very vast and you can find useful resources furthermore to learn about B2B sales and marketing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The workflow feature provides automation potential, however after entering into some depth, it eventually expands more and more. The contact export and import was so smooth that one can easily use this feature for their campaign list building and targeting. The main goal for us was to streamline this concept into reality and it has been a great experience so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An advanced CRM. There are reasons why it stands out as the leader in the segment for small business people. Value for money product that works. However, it proves worth after using the vast suite of specifications.
