What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Features such as Sales Process Visualization, Sales Funnel Monitoring, Project Management, Workflow Automation, 3rd party Integrations and GANTT Charts etc have made this so precious that you can not ignore or miss that out for your org needs.

Not sure but yes, if social media scheduler incorporated, there would be a great help for us.

Customer acquisition became healthier and easier too. The lead conversion improves further as we've integrated and plugged in our email tool with Simply and that too helped us a lot.
